Weight 173.4
Breakfast yogurt with Splenda
Jogged 2.5 miles and weights (triceps)
Snack strawberries
Lunch avocado, tomato, green onion, jalapeƱo salad with vinegar
Water! Water! Water!
Dinner- protein shake spinach salad with vinegar and tomatoes
