Day 4

Weight 168.8
Breakfast banana, Greek yogurt, almonds
2.5 mile jog, 7 minute abs, assisted pull ups and tricep dips, machines for back
Snack carrots, peach and grapes
Lunch spinach salad w/ avocado, green onion, strawberries, and balsamic vinegar.
Dinner yogurt with sliced almonds
